Academy Nominations
As a Member of Congress, I have the opportunity to nominate young men and women from Oklahoma's 4th District to one of our country's four service academies.

The U.S. Coast Guard Academy does not accept Congressional nominations.
In order to compete for the Service Academy nomination, use the following Academy Nomination packet materials:
- 1. Look over the Academy Interest Letter
- 2. Read through the Information Sheet
- 3. Get Other Nominations to increase your chances of acceptance
- 4. Fill out the Academy Nomination Application
- 5. Have three references fill out Academy Evaluation Forms
All materials must be received by Congressman Tom Cole's office by November 7th, 2008 at 5:00p.m.
Once completed, mail your application and all required materials to:
